Contact & Communication

To ensure timely and efficient responses, please review the following:

Business Hours: All calls and messages should be made during business hours. Calls made outside of business hours will not be answered.

Missed Calls: If your call is missed, you must leave a voicemail or send a text message including your name and reason for contacting in order to receive a response. Missed calls without a voicemail or follow-up message may not be returned.

Text Messages:  When sending a message, please include your name and inquiry details. Messages such as “Hi” or “Asalaam alaikum” without additional information may not receive a response due to high message volume.

Order Inquiries: Please include your order number and full name when reaching out about an order.

 Updated Contact Number: Please ensure you are contacting the current business number listed. Messages or calls made to previous numbers may not be received.
