We proudly offer free alterations with no time limit. If your item ever needs adjustment or repair due to fit or wear, you may return it to us and we will alter or repair it at no cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise discussed.

However, if you are truly unsatisfied with your item and wish to request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued for the full cost of the item once it is returned and received by us.

Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped, free of rips, tears, stains, odors, or other damage. Items that show signs of wear or alteration beyond our original work are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
